Jeanette Whyte Piano Lessons (Stafford)
If you have ever thought about learning to play the piano either for yourself or your child, then why not come along, say hello and try out some first steps in learning to play, or, maybe you've had lessons before and are thinking of taking up where you left off. I am happy to teach children from the age of seven right through to eighty seven! You can learn to play for enjoyment or I can help you to prepare for exams with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).
In addition to piano performance I can also prepare you for the music theory exam of which Grade 5 is a pre-requisite for a Grade 6 practical exam.
I offer an initial, free, no obligation, "meet the teacher" introductory class where we can try out a few things on the piano and have a chat about progression. Lessons take place at my home in Stafford playing my Yamaha U1 piano.
“I have been learning the piano with Jeanette for approximately 9 years now. It was something I always wanted to do as a child but never had the chance, so I decided to take it up in later years (I am now in my early seventies). It is one of the best things I ever did!! It has given me a great hobby in retirement and also a sense of achievement among other things.
Jeanette is a lovely teacher with plenty of patience, who has kept my interest going. I would highly recommend her."
